Hello,

I just have a problem exporting 3 commercials using Queue. So, first send it to Media Encoder. First film ok. Second in the middle of convertion and the app closes.  Reopen ant let it finish the job. Secon film export. Sucess. Thrid film the computer freeze. Need to restart my computer in order to get the job done. The third film has been done in Premeire. No Queue in Media Encoder. No problem.

First time in using Queue and found out that can't let it export my films without monitoring.

Why this happen? Does my machine could handle it? The film duaration was 3 minutes.

Hi Fernando,

I notice that you are on mismatching Premiere Pro and Meda Encoder versions. Does it work correctly if you update Media Encoder to the 14.2.0 software version?
