  • Issue At random moments in the video while exporting it I get Error Code -1609629690 / -1609629695
  • Steps to reproduce
    • 1. Edit a video
    • 2. Export a video (tried h264, h265, quicktime - 1920x1080, 3840x2160, 25fps)
  • Expected result  video exported, ready to be sent to client
  • Actual result
    Error compiling movie
    Accelerated Renderer Error
    Unable to produce frame
    Rendering effect: AE.ADBE Geometry2
    Component: EffectFilter of type GPUVideoFilter
    Selector: 9
    Error Code: -1609629690

    OR
    Error compiling movie
    Accelerated Renderer Error
    Unable to produce frame
    Component: H264 of type Exportet
    Selector: 9
    Error code: -1609629695

    GPU usage drops to 0%

After I get the error message, program monitor is BLACK, can't see anything but audio works (if that's relevant)
  • Screen recording – screenshots
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version
On version 25.1 - everything works
    On version 25.2, 25.3, 25.4, 25.5, 25.6.1 - error occurs
  • Operating system – Windows 11 25H2
  • GPU driver version (Windows only)
    Have tried:
    581.57
    581.29
    580.97
    577.00
    576.80
    576.52
  • Video format  h264, H265, quicktime - have tried only theese
  • Comparative information:

Timecode seen on error messages isn't relevant. Sometimes it will say 00:06, sometimes 1:45, sometimes 25:03 - it's compleatly RANDOM.

It affects EVERY project that I want to export.

    I use MSI Raider ge78HX 13VI laptop with i9 13980hx, 4090 (laptop gpu), 64Gb RAM DDR5.
I have an option in MSI Center app to change between 4090 and iGPU - have tried only on 4090 and on hybrid mode - both times didn't work

Have set Nvidia Panel settings to only use 4090 in Premiere - didn't work
Have cleared cache - didn't work
Have tried all Premiere Pro versions above - didn't work (the newest one that works is 25.1)
Have clean installed all GPU drivers above (and removed previous ones with DDU) - didn't work
Have performed a CLEAN WINDOWS INSTALL (C: drive format) and install everything from scratch - didn't work

With every version of 25.x I was hoping that somebody magically got it fixed. Didn't happen. I'm out of options right now.
I can't render with my CPU cause it will take too long and I need performance. Very dissapointed in overall experience.

All scenarios:

Without the clips and with the plugin.

You mean without clips that Mister Horse creates on the timeline or with them but with plugin uninstalled?

Does the project export without Mr Horse installed?

THING TO NOTICE

I have only tried to export videos that have Premiere Composer's by Mister Horse clips with it because I am obligated to use some of their assets by my client. Have reinstalled Mister Horse of course but it didn't work. Don't think that's the problem on their side though - have been talking with them for a month about this problem and they told me to seek help with Adobe Community as they have run out of options
