Export Folder not opening in latest Premiere

Howdy... I'm having an issue with the latest version.

 

When I go to the new 'export' window, and I try to change the save folder, about 50% of the time, Premiere locks up on me and the explorer window to choose the folder never pops up. At that point, if I click, I get the 'alert' sound, like Premiere is waiting for me to do something, but there's no explorer for me to choose the save folder, and I can do nothing but use task manager to quit Premiere.

 

When I relaunch it, and go to export again and choose the export folder, now it pops up the explorer window to choose the folder and all is good... But it's a huge pain to have to do this about half the time. Has anyone else seen this? Or is it just me? Thanks!
