Hi Everyone! Our documentary will be broadcast on a web platform, and we've been asked to send the movie in that format Quicktime codec H.264 - mix LtRt TV or Web. I've found the H.264 export setting pretty easily but i'm having hard time to understand the LtRt or Web thing… I've joined two pictures with the options I have. Thank you!!

I've no idea what this means. The only thing I can parse out is "left/right" ... and TV or Web? What the ...?

I think I'd ask for more clarity of their needs.
