Export Glitches in Video

Hey Gang,

I have been having this issue for a while but whenever I export a project from PP and play the project back (YouTube or PhotoShop) there are random glitches that pop up. I have provided a screenshot of the error below. The glitches do not appear in my timeline when I am editing but only show after its been exported.

I have been having this issue for over a year now and normally, I transcode my files from H.265 Files to Apple ProRes LT 422 Files. That usually works but its seems like now, its not. Proxy Files are far to pixelated when I export so Im at a total loss...

I shoot with an XT4 at 4k 60fps at 200mpbs. My computer has the below specs.

Windows 10

AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor 3.20 GHz

DDR4 3200 RAM - 32.0 GB

Radeon RX 580 4 GB

My systems are all up to date - any information would be super helpful.

try using the smart rendering workflow: change your preview format to a high quality all iframe format like prores 422hq and if everything looks ok after rendering the entire timeline, make sure the "use previews" option is checked when you export.

If that doesn't work, post back and there are a few other things to check out...

I tried the above and its still happening. Should I go back and use the original files (H.265) or try and transcode again to 422HQ?

so are you saying that when you set your sequence preview format to something like 422HQ and render your entire timeline and you play it, does it play without the glitches?  and then when you do the export with "use previews" checked, the glitches are still there?
