Export help

I am trying to export a video from Premier and it keeps getting stuck at 0 and then eventually crashing. 

I have tried exporting through ME - it also gets stuck. I have space on my computer, no markers, its a pretty simple edit. I tried installing and re-installing it. Same problem. Anybody else have a fix?
