Export, Import, Save windows won't show up

Hi,

I'm using a MacBook Pro with Premiere Pro CC (2019)

I have been using it for several months with no issue, and today this just started happening.

When I go to export -> media, the window does not show up. However, if I try to minimize or exit Premiere, it doesn't let me, as if there is another window open that I need to deal with first before closing the software.

The same thing happens when I try to Save As, or when I try to Import media.

I read somewhere that someone had this issue after using dual monitors, and that they plugged them back in and found the window, but I don't have access to my monitors at the moment and need this project done by today. I have also been using Premiere without my additional monitors for about a week now and have had no issue with any other project.

I tried restarting my laptop, and it is still doing the same thing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I need to send this project out today!
