Export in PR not working

If you are trying to export to H.264, you probably have a machine with hardware incompatible with the new hardware acceleration capabilities in H.264/HEVC.

 

Try going to your Preferences/Media dialog, and un-check the option to enable hardware accelerated encoding and decoding. In the image below, I have that option checked. Uncheck yours.
