Export inconsistencies between premiere and media encoder

I am completely stumped by this continuous problem Im having when exporting from premiere with media encoder. When I export titles from media encoder, they aren't consistent with the same exports directly from premiere. For example, my titles on this current project are set to 80% opacity, however in the media encoder exports, the titles look closer to 60% opacity. I cant figure why this would happen, the export settings are identical. My PC is an Apple M1 Max, ive heard the M1 chip struggles with media encoder, is there any truth to this rumour?
