export issue in premier pro - saved location export button is grey

i've tried to export from premier pro however experiencing issues.

after i've selected the location and hit save it then takes me back to the screen to either Queue, Export or Cancel. the Export and Cancel buttons appear greyed out. it allows me to select Export but nothing happens!

Please help

    Hi please see below.

    After saving the location of where I want to save to the export button appears grey. Nothing happens when I click on it
