Export issues with H.264 not wanting to play in Quicktime

I have a 40 minute podcast video that I am having issues being able to play/upload after export. I have tried H.264 with YouTube 1080HD settings, Quicktime with Adobe 4k settings, and H.264 with MatchBitrate settings and none of them seem to work. I have cut multiple short videos from the same project with H.264/MatchBitrate with no issues. I did notice the end file was only 330Mb which seems small because I shot this in 4k. Quite frankly I am at a loss and have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to add onto this, after reading some other posts I just tried to re-import the video into Premiere Pro and it told me it is an unsupported compression type.

Filesize = bitrate x length.

 

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output with image.
