Export Length not matching work area

Hi all, I am having an issue exporting the edited video I made. I used the rate Stretch tool to compact an hour video into 3 minutes for a timelapse effect. The video and audio themselves clearly go to the 3 minute mark, however when I go to export it the video length is 29 minutes. I've tried changing the Source Range but they all make a 29 minute clip. I can drag the slider on the bottom to the desired length if I like, but im not sure if that is the correct way to do it. (Sorry, I am relatively new with premier)
