Export much brighter when turning LUFS Control on

Heyy I got a weird bug.

When I check the option to normalize the audio of my export to -24 LUFS it seems to affect the brightness of my footage and I literally have no idea why. 

I uploaded to short files, exactly the same export settings I only difference is that I checked the audio effects loudness normalisation button in the export window on the brighter one
