Export naming and path Problem

When using the Export tab on Premiere and selecting a folder with the name starting in "01. qwerty" Premiere is not only NOT exporting the file inside that folder(puts it in the folder structure root for some reason) and it changes the designed file name to "01." probably in referênce to the folder we tryed to export it to. 

This is persistent to every folder startint with numeric text.

The problem is not present when using Media Encoder
