Export not working

I reluctantly edited in 2021 version 15.0. I successfully exported a video but then I needed final edits. Now the file will not export. I click File > Export and NOTHING happens???

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Does the Export Settings window appear? Make sure you have the Timeline panel active when you go to File>Export>Media.

Nothing shows. No window opens or anything. I found a YT video showing how to drop the file back down to a lower version, opened it in PP2020 and turned off GPU and was able to export the file. I have not tried turning off GPU in PP2021 yet.
