Question

Export not working in Premiere Pro CC

Hello!

I am facing issues exporting my edit in Premiere Pro CC. I have edited my footage in apple ProRes 422(HQ) and when I try to export it in the same codec or a similar one, Premiere just starts to freeze at 0.01% of its encoding and I have to force quit it. I tried to do it through media encoder, but same issue happened. I also tried to export an XML that I could bring to DaVinci Resolve, but it seems that the XML also has a problem every time and it would ultimately show my clips as being offline and would say that there is an issue with the XML.

But surprisingly I can export my project in Premiere when using .mp4 or a similar format.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue?

It's good to mention that I'm on the trial version. But I would assume that if the trial version can't export all codecs it would just say so without having to freeze the software.

I spent hours trying different things and I'm just losing it.

Any tips would help. Thank you!

Adrien

I'm having the same trouble.  premiere/encoder freeze up, but after a couple of minutes, it starts again and moves relatively normal.

macpro 6 core.32 gig ram

Thanks to all!

Trial is fully functional.

Which exact version is it? (see about Adobe under Help).

Make new project and import old one into this and try again.

Trashing preview files might help.

Post screenshot of sequence settings, clip property and export settings.

I have Premiere Pro CC v10.3

I will try now to create a new project and import the old one.

We are having similar issues here.  I read on one of Adobe's help sections that the OS needs to be the most up to date version.  I'm downloading El Capitan now.  Will report back shortly!
