Export of AAF gives error in log. Clips are "exported as sequences"

Export of AAF gives error in log.  Clips are "exported as sequences" . The clips were merged because the film was shot double system audio andater synced. It looks like every file is this way.  Cannot seem to find the issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
