Export of sequences works fine, Queue has missing media

[Windows 10, PremierePro CC, updated today]

When I export a sequence / timeline (CTRL-M, select "Export") the file renders just fine.  When I hit "Queue" instead, Adobe Media Encoder CC opens with my file in the queue (all fine so far), but when I press "Play" to start encoding, all media is missing (red placeholder "Media Missing").  Did I miss something?  Do I have to "ingest" my media, not just "import" it into my project? Is there a log file that would show me where the error occurred and why?

Cheers, Thorsten

Correct answer Vidya Sagar

Hi Tc.thinkstorm,

In Media Encoder Preferences > General > Premiere Pro > Uncheck "Import sequences natively"

Queue the sequence again from Premiere Pro & check the red frames.

Thanks,

Vidya Sagar,

That exactly did the trick - thank you so much!  So what does this option do?  What is a "native" sequence?  What are possible side effects when unchecking this?

I've found that step 2i has worked in the past.
