Export of video from Premiere Pro cc results in only one frame being exported

I am trying to export a finished video from Premiere Pro cc. In the last couple of days I have completed two similar projects and exported them with no problems. But for some reason, when I export this video, the resulting file exports in matter of seconds, rather than 10-15 minutes as was the case for the others, and when opened it is just one random frame from the project.

I am not doing anything different in this video from what I did in the previous ones other than that I did use keyframes this time and the finished video is slightly longer (13 minutes versus 11 minutes) than the previous ones. There is ample space to save the file to my computer.

I am using Premiere Pro 2017.0.2 v11.0, Tanq

I am using Windows 10 Home

The source footage is AVCHD

No error message comes up when I export

Intel Core i5-4570T CPU @ 2.90 GHz

8.00 GB (7.89 usable)

I will run any updates I can find to Premiere.

I am trying to export as H.264 1080p YouTube HD using maximum render quality. There are no error messages in the Premiere project.

PrPro defaults to exporting between the sequence in and out points. Perhaps you've accidentally set an I and O in your sequence. Right click in the ruler area of the sequence and select "clear in and out" - or use the shortcut : Ctrl+Shift+X

Check the source range in your Export Settings: bottom left tab.

I have installed all the updates so am now using the latest version, Premiere Pro cc v 12.0, Haberdasher.

New version made no difference at all. Exact same problem.

Thanks so much, Mike and Ann. I had overlooked that there was a very short section with an in and out marked and, as you surmised, that's what was exporting rather than the whole video. It's exporting now and looking like the problem is solved.
