Hi everybody,

Is it possible with Premiere to export each clip of my timeline like independant media?

I try to dooble click on a clip, then export-media, but I can see all my original source media, not only the part choose and cut in my timeline...

I can see 2 otpions in the export menu: full element or start /end element. But both of them are not corresponding to my clip editing in my timeline.

Any idea?

Thx.

If you set the sequence in/out points as the start and end of a clip, and then in the export dialog box select "sequence in to out" ... you can.

Batch exporting of all the clips of a sequence as cut as separate files, that's what you're asking for though?

    Hi Neil,

Thx for answering, and yes It's working.

Do you know if it's possible to export in this way automatically? In other words, if it's possible to make an export and say, I want all clips of the sequence separate in different files during the export. Not a full movie at the end but as much as movies than numbers of clips in my sequence.

    Thx again

Not exactly. It's been asked about and I don't recall an exact capability.  I know you can select multiple clips in the Project panel, right-cick/export media and they'll be separate files. But that's the whole clip.

Then there's the issue of handles ... which are a half-second or so of frames either side of the clip, used for transitions.
