Hello everyone, I am a beginner user. I found this error message and I do not know how to solve it. Please help me. Thank you so much.

When error messages link a time code on the sequence, that's where the issue occurs. Go there and figure out what's happening. In this case it mentions an Ae stabilization process, do you have a comp there?

 

Maybe you need to render that comp to a full video file, replacing the comp with the file. But it depends on what's actually going on there.
