export problem

After you work on the timeline and go to the export tab (Range: Source In/Out), if the project window is active instead of sequence, Premiere Pro 2026 exports from the original material. So no edits are included in the export. We tried this both on Mac and Pc. Mac doesn’t have such an issue but Pc does. I haven’t faced any similar issues in Premiere 2025 or before.

    Make sure you highlight the sequence you want to export before going to the export settings. If you have your source panel open and selected, it will export media from there. If you have the project panel open and the sequence is not highlighted, you will not export anything; in fact, the export settings window should not appear. So, highlight the sequence you want to export, then do the standard export, and let me know how that goes.
