Export problem - only part of the screen is showing

I created the sequence in 1920 x 1080 and exported to H264, Match Source - High Bitrate. When I open the MP4 on my laptop, only the center of the screen shows. What am I doing wrong? (I tried in YouTube 1080 full HD and have the same problem).

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output with image (not black).

Sorry about that. Would you mind sharing more information?

Can you provide your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
What type of media file are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Can you try switching Video Renderer to "Software Only"? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-premiere-pro-and-adobe-media-encoder/m-p/9851383
