export settings for different web applications

Question

so, i´ve made that Band a music video. its on youtube, everybody happy so far.
Now its time for an extra mile, meaning delivery of small cuts of it for:
- the header of their (wordpress) website.
- a few Reels on insta
- that 8 sek video-cover on spotify

i know how to organise the projects but has anyone sources with trusted export settings to balance quality and file size?

As per my experience. I generally use Premiere Pro built-in preset in h.264 of "Match source - Adaptive Medium Bitrate" which provides balanced quality and file size.

The rest depends on the platform and size limitation..for example - The web header video should be optimized in file size compared to quality so I might reduce the bitrate manually in export settings before exporting.
