export settings for videos with highly contrasting frames

Question

i have a video which has lots of NASA images - one per frame. when I tried to play it on a projector, the video started to freeze but the audio kept going. when I scrub through the videos, the video isn't frozen, but when it was played on the projector using QLAB It froze. any export settings / other troubleshooting I should look at??

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
