Hi

I work in 16:9 för video but when I export stills/frame it become a squared photo.

I tried to change som settings in "sequenze settings" but hasnåt been able to change this.

I also wonder why, at the top (see scree, the ratio says 1920/1920 and 16:9

I also want to work in 25 fps (as I live in Europe) but cant change from 30. Any ideas why?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for all the answers. I copied efveryting and paste it to a new project. It was some hour of  work to reframe the clips, and I had some problems there, but it seems to work ok now!

Use 1920×1080 (16:9), Square pixels, and create a new 25 fps sequence for European projects.

Double click on your footage from the project panel and use the camera icon to export a still frame from your Source Monitor. Follow other advices for setting frame rate.

Hi @jans76253362:

I'm adding a screen shot to go with the other replies to your question to illustrate what your Pixel Aspect Ratio (PAR) should be set to.

The PAR value of a Sequence passes through to any video or still exported from it.  For an image to appear proportionally correct outside of Premiere Pro, "Square Pixel (1.0)" is the safest choice.  A non-square pixel aspect ratio is something you'd only use if your workflow specifically requires it.

Hi jans76253362,

Your sequence is set to a square frame (1920 x 1920). If you are working with a 1920 x 1080 media, please change the sequence settings to match that. Also, if the media uses a square pixel aspect ratio, please set Pixel Aspect Ratio to Square (1.0) under Sequence Settings.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I would try making a new sequence with the correct dimensions and framerate and copy the material over.
