Export stuck at 5% everytime

Hey! I have a 5 hour edited footage in Premiere Pro and every time I export, it stucks at exactly 5%. Can I know how to fix this, please?

My System Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight core processor

32GB Ram

Nvidea 1660 Graphic card

1TB SSD
