Export Tab Freezing/not opening up only on one project

Version 25.3.0 on Macbook M2 Max , macOS Ventura 13.4

I've run into an issue where my export tab is freezing and/or won't even open up (just stays on the edit tab), and this happens whether I click the export tab, press command+M, or route through file->export. This issue is only happening on one specific project, and works fine when I try to export on a different project.

I've tried all basic troubleshooting, reinstalling premiere, restarting computer, clearing caches, duplicating the project, unlinking and relinking all media, and even importing the project into another and the issue always persists, so I suspect it may have something to do with the source footage but cannot identify a specific root cause as it's a project-wide glitch and still persists no matter what sequence or footage I try to export.

I am working with a combination of BRAW, JPG, and mp4 files and they were shot on Blackmagic, Gopro and Insta 360, but there aren't any "weird" gopro or Insta 360 formats in the project as they've all been processed to standard h.264 or jpg before importing into premiere.

Correct answer Ali Jaber

Try to export it with Media Encoder and see if it works for you (Export > Send to Adobe Media Encoder).

Try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
