Export to MOV 16:10 ?

Hi, Can anyone help me export to mov in a 16:10 aspect ratio?

I have created some screen capture training videos at 1920x1200 and the website I am required to upload them to only accepts MOV.

Thanks for the reply, but the H.264 codec is not listed when I select the Quicktime format.
