Export turning video dark blue?

I'm trying to export a video that looks perfectly normal in Premiere (23.1), but once it's exporting it turns dark blue?  I'm using the preset FUJI ETERNA 250D KODAK 2395 (by Adobe) and once I remove the preset it exports fine... No idea why this is happening since I've exported with this preset fine in the past.

All clips are shot on iPhone and have been modified to 709 colour space (as well as the timeline). Exporting to H.264 and using Media Encoder. I'm not messing with the export settings since I don't know much about it, everything is staying standard.

You can see attached what it looks like with the preset within Premiere and what it looks like after exporting.
