Export Video Corrupt

My exported video seems to be corruted but the audio is fine.

So I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3i laptop with 32gb ram, 1tb storage, Intel i5, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics card. I have tried every method including using "Software Only" rendering, reintalling Premire Pro with the latest update, updating my graphics card, restarting my laptop countless times. It plays fine on my timeline in both "CUDA" and "Software Only" but the exported video plays like a broken TV.

It worked fine until two weeks ago when I last exported a video video. Any advice?

Update: I just changed Hardware encoding to software encoding and it worked, atleast for this project. But what precautions can I take to avoid the same issue in the future?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use a Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver), but not the latest version - it has issues with Premiere Pro.

Go here to download:

Choose Clean installation and don't install GeForce Experience.
