Export Went Wrong in Premiere Pro

So, this is my first video. It cane out great! So, I tried to Export, but I pressed queue instead. Then the encoder came up. I did not highlight the video or anything when I went to queue. Didn't know to do that. Now my video clips will not play they are all in red. How can I recover my video? How can I get all of my clips in Premiere Pro to play again? The encoder is only playing my audio.

This is a user-to-user forum. Occasionally you'll see Adobe support around here, but you'll have to go to their Contact page if you want technical support from them. I'd encourage you to do some Googling if you're in a time crunch. A quick "Premiere Pro Relink Media" search brings up this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/how-to/relink-offline-media.html

I have a deadline that I have to meet with this video and a few others. I was wondering if there is a way to speak to someone on the phone to get faster help.

Is there any way to speak to a tech person over the phone so that I can get this figured out faster?

I went to File, the Link Media. I don't know what to do after that.

Can you give me the steps to relink my media? I have never done this before.

Got it, thanks for posting those screenshots. Did you move your media or your project, or perhaps re-open an incorrect version of your project? All of your GoPro media went offline, which explains why AME won't let you choose a video format—it won't let you encode with offline media (although that is a preference you can disable).

Back in Premiere open your Project panel and you should find references to all of your clips, but they'll be offline. Relink your media and you should be good to go. If all of your media is in the same place then relinking one clip should relink everything else.

H.264 format

This is what my screen looks like. I am not seeing my full video in Media Encoder either.

You'll have to provide a lot more detail and preferbably post screenshots. Queuing a Premiere sequence to Media Encoder does nothing destructive, or anything at all, to your Premiere timeline. A copy of your Premiere project is saved, then that sequence is queued up for encoding in AME.

For starters, what do you mean that your clips went all red? The red render bar showed up over them? If so, that means you won't get real-time playback, but that doesn't mean your clips need to be recovered.

Also, what settings did you choose in the Export Media dialog? Please have the Video tab selected and take a screenshot of the entire window with as many settings shown.
