Question

Export with In and Out frame adds 1 frame before the IN Point during export

Currently on a 24 fps Timeline at 00:02:54:20 I cannot export with In and Out with a start from there.
It always starts at 00:02:54:19, when using in and out points. So it adds 1 frame in the front.

It is probalby not related to the specific timecode.

This does not happen always sofar I cannot make out a pattern.

I am on Premiere 23.6 on win 11.

Cheers

Hey I finally figured this out.

I was setting my in and outs via extended script and from markers, so first I set and in and out and then set this to the marker, and then I use the markers to set in and out again to export.
As one can only use seconds as decimals to set the Time Object on the markers, there is a rounding error, that then forces Premiere to use the first frame too.

So the real issue for me is that setting marker start and end should be done via either a Time Object or ticks and not seconds...
