exported audio is pitched up and choppy

Whenever I export a video on premiere pro the exported video comes out completley different. The audio in premire pro is ussally normal but when I eport it the video is pitched up a lot and has a constant choppy cackling sound. I have no clue what to do if anyone can help it would be a lifesaver.
