Exported file from Premiere Pro doesn't play audio

I have been exporting all my video files with the H.264 format with zero problems. This latest project exports, but when I play the exported file back in either QuickTime or VLC Player, there is no audio. I have exported it multiple times, double-checked that the audio box is checked in the export window, have restarted my computer, and exported through Media Encoder. All video plays fine. There is zero audio.

It plays fine in the timeline of Premiere.

Any ideas?
