Exported Video is brighter/washed out...what am I missing?

At some point this year I noticed that my exported videos are brighter and washed out...looks like about 1/3 stop brighter.  I see this change comparing the exported beside my Project panel.  When I upload to Youtube or Vimeo the exported video is similarly too bright.  I did not have this problem before this year.  I  have read alot of posts on this issue checked all my settings and can't find what's causing it.  Here are my basic settings:

2019 imac.  Calibrated with Spyder.

Premiere Pro. 22.4.0

In Premiere General preferences I have turned on:  Display Color Management.

S-Log 3 footage taken with Sony A7iv/Ninja V external recorder (10.2.2).

Sequence settings:  Working Color Space:  Rec. 709

If I go to any clip and select Modify, Interpret Footage:  "Use Media Color Space from File:  Rec709" is checked.  It makes no difference if I check "Color Space Override:  Rec 709".

Much appreciated if anyone can point out something I'm missing.  tks.

Discussed in your other thread. Though you did include additional details here. If the other thread doesn't answer, we can continue here.
