Exported Videos Not Appearing in Destination Folder

Title speaks for itself. When I exported my video, it said it would be going to C:/Users/mattn/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/11.0 but there is no video there. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Do you know how I could find the video that I already exported? It has to be somewhere on my computer because I have less space on my hard drive than I did before I exported the video.

Do a Windows search for it.

Also, I looked at how much storage was left on my computer before and after I exported, and it shows that there's less space now, so the video has to be somewhere on my PC, I just can't locate it.
