Exporting a QT w/CC embedded with YouTube/Vimeo Compression quality

I have to export a few 30 minute videos with Closed captions embedded.

I know the procedure of Selecting embed captions, when preparing export, what I want to know what settings am I missing to export it compressed in the same way Vimeo or YouTube 1080p presets come out?

When I just match source, it comes out as a huge 15gb file.  I'd like to be able to get it down to just a couple of GB like the presets have, but be able to maintain the Caption embedding.
