Exporting Adobe Stock Motion Graphic Template...grayed out!

I just bought an adobe stock motion graphic template for my videos. I edited the template down to the style of my videos, tweaked the colors, and went to export it so I wouldn't have to do that every time I did a new video. The export button is not an option. It is grayed out. It's the same whether I right click it or go to to the drop down menu.

Yes the file is selected. Yes it works with the preloaded stock graphics, I've been able to export before.

This is my first stock purchase and I'm regretting it already as I purchased it for quick editing purposes.

Please make sure that you have the sequence icon selected in your Project Panel when you try to output.

is it not selected in the photo? I don't have any issues with the preloaded templates and exporting them as motion graphic templates.

I am experiencing the same issue with an Adobe Stock Motion Graphic. I went as far as attempting the action on two different computers and still nothing happened. I have scoured Adobe forums as well and no actionable solution has been presented.
