Question

Exporting alters the effect added to the edit

Hi,

I'm new to using Premiere Pro and would like to get some help. I am trying to add effects to an image (TIF). So far using effect on the photo creates movement and didn't cause any problem exporting until two days ago. The effect seen on the window is not matching up to the exported video. I haven't changed any settings from previous exports (and the previous exports worked just fine). Please help cause I tried setting various exports values and I am getting nowhere.

I uploaded videos on Vimeo so you can see how it is changing.

How I edited:

How it is exporting:

Might not want to use odd numbers in your sequence settings.

and, we can't see any effects in the effect controls panel, if you can elaborate more on what effects you used

and in what order, share again while having your clip selected on the  timeline

Hi,

So here are the screenshots.

That is the only effect I've placed.

I only changed the Preset setting to "High Quality 1080p HD." The rest, I have not touched at all.

Turn off hardware encoding.

What if you start with a 1920x1080 sequence instead of the off numbers.

Please next time post to youtube (no inlog required)

What version number and build of Premiere Pro?

Please post screenshots of your media properties, sequence settings, and export settings.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
