Exporting For Avid and keeping TimeCode info

Hello Everyone,

I am shooting a series of commercials on my F55, GH4 and Mavic. The post house has an Avid workflow. We are Premiere. They want DNxHD36 to work with and asked us to transcode the footage to that codec.

Would I put the raw into a sequence then export it (via Media Encoder) back to the hard drive as one long clip? If so, would it maintain the TimeCode metadata? Or, Is it possible to export with the TimeCode data individ clips?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I think you're better off doing this with Adobe Media Encoder.  Load up all the clips, change their output format en masse.
