Exporting For Email, Text

Hello Everyone.

I Have Edited a Movie, and I would like to Export a five minutes Video Clip so I can either Text or Email. I have used different formats, But the Video size is Big.

What do you recommend.

    Upload it to Vimeo or YouTube and password protect it if necessary.

    What do you recommend.

    Dropbox,

    Wetransfer or something simular.

    You can transfer much larger files then you can do over email or text.

      Dear Ann.

      Thank you very much. In other words there is no way to export a file from Premiere Pro that can be Texted, or Emailed?

      Video files are large. You are limited as to how much they can be compressed.  Take Ann's advice or upload to YouTube or Vimeo and password protect if necessary.
