everythung is rendered at this point. Any workarounds?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Exactly what does the error say?

Can you post a screenshot of it?

Are you using any plugins?

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

I tried turning off hardware encoding. I switched to software encoding with the same result. I used cinema grade color correcting plugin but they has never given me trouble. It doesn’t say an error, only freezes up every time at 46-47%. Could it be because I have some audio channels in mono and some in stereo?

Try to copy all the contents from the current sequence to the newly created sequence (create a new sequence yourself). After that, export the project. Let me know.
