Exporting into Encoder Freeze/ Red Screen - Premiere Pro CC 2018

Hi All,

For the last week or so, I've encountered a problem that has completely crippled my use of Premiere and made me consider switching platforms; maybe the community could help 😃

Every time I export a file from Premiere into Media Encoder (Completely normally; File-Export-Media) and start the queue, it renders completely normally for about thirty seconds of the video then freezes and eventually switches the preview to the red screen of death. This problem happens weather or not the clip has any Lum. color or effects on it or not, as well as with various other random clips put in the same place to which it fails anyway. Here's what I've done so far to try to fix this:

• Complete Uninstall/Reinstall of software through the App Manager
• Contacted Support about fix, found no answer
• Uninstalled and Reinstalled Encoder
• Cleared Out my C: Drive to put well over 100gB of free space
• Copied and retried other versions of the project
• Removed Audio to try to export only video: Fail
• Tried to run repair tool through Premiere to find any errors, came up negitive
• Re-seating GPU (worth a shot)

     It is also worth mentioning I've tried to export other projects I've been able to export before with no problem in the current state and those have failed in a similar fashion as well.  Please let me know if you can think of anything else to try!
