exporting is making my skin colour look red.

I have to send a video of me talking for a job application, while editing the video everything looks fine. but when I go to export my skin turns red, and after exporting it is still red please help me!

Any particle reason you need mpeg2?

the job add states that they accept files of mp3, mp4, wmv, wma, mov, mpeg, mpg. and i just chose mpeg2 becaus when i do mp3 i get no footage just audio and the others i acnt find.
