Exporting Issue: How to check if a clip in the timeline is corrupted?

Hi!

I've been having frequent issues with media encoder and premiere recently where a WAV file will stop encoding at 1 or 2 seconds remaining. One thing I've read is that it could be caused by a corrupt file in my sequence, but I'm not exactly sure how to address that. Everything plays just fine in premiere! Is there an easy way to find out if there is/where the corrupted file is? Thanks!

Correct answer Peru Bob

Sometimes pausing AME and then restarting it will work.

Clean media cache.

Delete render files from sequence.

sometimes this would be the culprit rather than a damaged file.

Is the wav file playing normally inside/outside of premiere pro?
