Exporting issue on screen - Split Image

Hi Everyone

I have recently been getting these weird issues when I export my projects. 

The exported video splits my image into 4 or sometimes 2. Usually, this happens when I add a transition between 2 clips. 

I've tried clearing my cache, tried to export with Media encoder and also switched around between exporting with Software encoding and hardware encoding. 

I always render my sequence before exporting, and when i play it back its perfect with no split image issues. Just appears on exported video.

And then the split one after exporting, and it's not just these clips, it shows at all the clips with transitions
