Exporting issues

Is anybody facing issues when exporting from Premiere Pro after updating to the 2024 version?
Or after updating the Mac OS?

Every time I export a video now, it is glitchy, it sticks in a random part of it.
I have no idea what the problem is, I have already tried to clean the cache, and I also tried to export it using Media Encoder, but I keep facing the same glitchy result.
