Exporting just a Loudness Report

Hello Adobe Community,

The Situation:

The company I work for has to check regularly if material we recieve meets the EBU R128 audio-standard. I know that the loudness radar exists, but measuring here can only be done in realtime (as far as I know). I also know that through the export you can alter the channels to meet the EBU R128 standard as well as generate a report that gives you the source loudness and true peak.

What I need:

A fast loudness report of the source material (Truepeak and Loudness in LUFS).

The Question:

Is possible to generate a loudness report faster than realtime without actually exporting a file? Technically I don't see a problem because the loudnessreports are generated prior to the actual encoding and can be activated for channels that aren't altered through the export. If no channels however are active for altering, the loudness report will not show up.
