Exporting on Premiere 2020

Hello, 

 

I have encountered an exporting issue where my 4K footage is frozen but the 1080 footage plays back normal. The 4K footage is from my drone Mavic Air 2.  I have messed with the sequence settings and I could not get the 4K footage to play at all. All I get is one frame and normal 1080 footage. Both 4K and 1080 were shot at 60 FPS. Please help. Thank you.

    Drone footage is known to give problems due to the heavy compression/codec used.

    You hardware might not be able to handle the 4K.

    Consider using proxies.
